10. To me, one of the most important parts of the Big Book is about cravings...

Dr. Bob discusses "cravings" on the last page of his story. I think it is the second to last paragraph, but not sure...He says that he still has "cravings" but that they pass and that he did not have a drink during that time. Here is one of the founders of AA, and he honestly admits that he still thinks about drinking, at least 3 years after the founding of the program. So we have cravings..I have all kinds of cravings that I do not give in to....I have stated that I am in Overeaters Anonymous...you cannot believe the food cravings I have, but do not act on. And I pace back and forth sometimes dealing with other kinds. If I can get thru these cravings, one second at a time..then, later on I can go on with my day..maybe ....After all , I got today, and that is it. as has been said many times..
....yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery..
