such intervals, are kids / young adults playing video games endlessly, those that are required to work in front of a monitor all day (Yikes).

I like the suggestion that one should get up regularly, move around, or do some minor exercises while sitting at the tube. As a long-time computer guy since the mid-1970s, this was a sore topic w/ me, being stuck at the terminal all day. However, things have gotten better, instead of the direct terminal link and having to do your business at that only link that was available (and we had sign up sheets on who would get access to the tube), we now have WIFI, or other direct cheaper links to our home computers/links.

And some, are able to do their work on their 'smart' phones. Things are getting better.
