It just touched my heart knowing about him.
Those with special needs I feel are 'gifts'.
My husband had a first cousin who was 'handi-capable'; he was afflicted with some palsy and limited brain development. Richard was beauiful in his own inimitable way. He showed some spirituality that really moved us. We thinking/assuming he had no grasp of some things. Surprising and awe worthy.

I'm of Slavic (Czechoslovakian) descent and that you received him from Ukraine made my heart sing.
