6. Beans ,nuts, legumes, rice, avocado nutmilks nut butters . What is your aim ?No dairy wheat & meat?

Rice noodles with tofu and peanut oil that's some calories there. Nut butters are pretty high in calories . Quinoa or other grains with squash, pumpkin or succhini and tomatoe sauce
Unsweetened coconut
Plain Sweet potatoes or red ,white potatoes
Almond, Walnut or Cashew butter on celery sticks a few tbsp of those will get you over 300cal
