Aug 2017

When in her thirties, my aunt had trouble keeping weight on. She was otherwise healthy. A doctor told her to drink one juice glass (small glass) of wine, everyday, one hour before supper. It actually worked! The wine increased her appetite, and she never got heavy, which she was kind of afraid of.

And as an aside...eating raw carrots makes me have a stronger appetite; so much so that I won't eat them as a dinner appetizer, only as a snack.

Just my experience. Best to you!
