We have a crepe place in town, but pretty boring choices.
For brunch I am now making a simple favorite of mine from the Jinagnan region of China, meaning 'south of the river.' the Yangtze in this case- west and south of and including Shanghai-- one of the great 4, or 7-depending on how one counts- cuisine of China.
Xia Ren Chao Dan - golden scrambled eggs with shrimp. -- a little potato starch, white pepper, salt, green onion, Shaoxing wine.... um delicious....

Beans ,nuts, legumes, rice, avocado nutmilks nut butters . What is your aim ?No dairy wheat & meat?
