I don't take anything for it, and usually it isn't too debilitating. The worst thing I have is hypersensitivity. Stepping on a tiny pebble is incredibly painful - and there are times when it will feel like I have a tiny rock embedded in my calluses when there is nothing there.
I have noticed that sticking to my diet helps with it, and that weed makes it worse - at least when I'm in bed - but I like heavy body high Indicas.
