Sometimes you just got to let off a little rant to keep from screaming and scarring the children and the neighbors (been there done that). Sometimes the scream comes out sideways in the form of another health problem or behavior problem you don't need (been there done that.)

Thoughts of light and love and peace heading your way so you can make it through another day.
