I'm putting together a binder of resources, suggestions, natural cures and more . This may be a serious disease, and I need to take it seriously, but that doesn't mean I can't have fun.
I can't tell you how much the love and support of the DU family means to me.

Exercise, especially tai chi for balance, yoga, mix it up, stay with it daily.
