Mental Health Support

It included fatigue and depression for a couple of weeks. Had a lot of trouble sleeping which may have contributed to the fatigue and depression. Not fun. Still better than Covid. But if it persists than you should probably get yourself checked out. I have also been noticing, hearing, and reading about people simply hitting the wall with dealing with all the social problems with Covid 19 including quarantine, anti-maskers, fear of the new strains, and simply coping with the new "normal". Ya, I also had a lot of near tear moments also. Crap this is no fun. Hang in there.
