For me, it's mostly depression I acquired at an advanced age. Most anti-depressants I tried years ago brought on speedo mode and physical anxiety which became dangerous out on my high-danger jobs. Started driving badly, too.

A combo of meditation, chores or hobbies with positive results, writing my fears and other emotions in a journal and a self-designed cocktail of herbs and small amount of prescription anti-depressant has worked pretty well for me for years. But, like you, the stress of recent years is tearing at my system.

I hope you can discover a combination that works for you and thanks for sharing!
