The amygdala. Fear factor is what they do for a living (including one who actually did!) and those people are easily frightened and do not stop to question what it is they have been told. It would not surprise if A) the brainwash centers (hate talk radio, social media, tv and pseudo-religions) are using subliminal messaging as well and B) if caught, they will have their zombies believe it is their right to receive such messages.
