3. I take Ibuprofen for my post COVID headaches...

... 3 tablets when I wake up and then at bedtime everyday. But, Ibuprofen is also a muscle relaxant.. Also, helps me fall asleep. I am not a doctor, but have been dealing with long haul COVID symptoms for a while. Good luck to you.
