Either he'll learn not to be a punk at work or he'll decide "punk" is his only real job description and he'll end up sitting in jail after he sasses the wrong cop.
You gave him one of his lessons today. Some of them are so thick that they'll never get it. I give him an even chance.
(Laughing at him was the right response, BTW.)
