That BOY will have a difficult time accomplishing much worthwhile or positive in his life with that attitude. He will pay the highest price. It's his choice. Nobody should have to work around that kind of toxicity.

Good on you. I have hated firing people when I had to do it but it was for similar reasons. It's not fun. But in these cases, it's absolutely necessary.
