Being an old skool gen x punk,who used to fight skinhead racists for fun,If I heard him call that lady a cnt I would have bounced his sorry ass out the door too . Because that kind of shit is wrong and its abusive. I don't tolerate abuse or abusers anymore regardless of situation. I am not afraid to deal with them by any means it requires .You did the right thing.

Very kind of you to look after people in the parking lot and drive someone home because of some stalker that needed to get his face bashed in for harassing her.

You are an exception among employers Kudos to you
