I entered a situation that was already set up. I tried to arrange a co- op, but no one was interested. Conflict immediately arose, and I found there was no option but to take control.
I ran it as a co-op in spirit, since Im not an authoritarian. People appreciated it, and I learned how to manage a business over time. I kept the pay competitive and the environment supportive and safe. Most people stayed until the recent end some could not.
