I don't have the depression, but can totally relate to the anxiety. I was just recommended a book - The Mindful Way Through Anxiety. There is a similar book called The Mindful Way Through Depression. The Depression book was very highly rated to me by a co-worker and a therapist. I have downloaded the anxiety one on my ipad and am starting it tonight.

At least you know you are slipping into the dark place and recognize your tells. What can we do to help??
