The Religious Freedom Restoration Act has been used to promote all manner of right-wing Christian lawsuits. I find it hard to believe the Courts will find the Act applies to Jewish religious requirements. If this case gets to the Supreme Court, I have little doubt how it will rule.

Yeah, I'm a cynic.
