What do you think of Wisconsins thought on changing meaning of rape [View all]

Wisconsin has been trying to take away numerous rights already passing a law that forces any school that teaches sex education to have to teach abstinence as well as marriage. (http://badgerherald.com/oped/2011/10/06/new_abstinence-only_.php). But there is another idea from the fabulous law makers in Wisconsin to help prevent the Wisconsin health insurance from paying for abortions. They have talked about changing the meaning of rape. Changing the meaning of "forcible rape" http://www.alternet.org/reproductivejustice/150818/gop_sneak_attack%3A_republicans_try_to_redefine_rape_..._again
Isnt this just crossing the limit?
