Android weight loss app [View all]

Anyone know of a good android app that helps you with food intake, recommendations and exercise? It would be nice if it also had a diabetic type option involved as well.

I need to get motivated and need help making good choices.

I have so much confusion about good and bad foods. It seems they keep changing all the time and I don't want to go on a "diet" but want to change the way I eat for the long term.
I'm of the mind that you can still enjoy a lot of the "sinful" foods but on occasion with good portion control.

Thanks in advance for any input!
