I've lost 12 pounds in the last 3 months by eating a mostly low carb [View all]

plant based diet. Yes i have cheated. I think i'm almost over that part of new habit formation. The pounds just fall off when i eat right. Big thing is to get no sugar yogurt. And lots of seeds and nuts as snacks. I'm enjoying Stubb's Chicken Rub on skinless, boneless chicken thighs. Lots of carrots.
