6. lost 25# on current low carb diet. eat a few chips or a sandwich now and then

so not a strict no carb diet. eat lots of veggies, nuts, peanut butter etc. but no pastas or rice and grains based stuff.

a dose of pasta might be considered bad if yer on a purist diet but otherwise its ok IMO
