1. I read an article on "The only workout plan you'll ever need"

It's quite ambitious. For younger people than myself.

However, at the end, this quote is helpful.

There doesn’t seem to be diminishing benefits on low impact low intensity cardio. For example: brisk walking, casual cycling, stairs, treadmill, hiking, rucking etc. You can do this as much as possible, and it is effective for both heart health and fat loss. The snazzy term for this nowadays is “Zone 2 cardio” but, whatever

P.S. I live on a ridge, and going from top to bottom and back is like 10 flights of stairs, but more interesting. My neighbor walks his dog, but that's cheating, since the dog is eager to get back home and pulls him up the hill. (it's a big dog!) 🦮
