The card states he volunteered 4 Mar 186(_) year not filled in.
at M___ton (I can't read the town name, but if you give me a location I might be able to verify that is what it says)
by W. W Brown for a period of 3 years. He was paid a bounty of $50 on 13 Apr 1862.

Company H of 52 Regiment of Georgia Infantry.
