4. genealogy is like

a big history lesson for me, as i read the stories. what i can't imagine is spitting out kid after kid, and then watching them die. it seems the majority of families had children who never reached adulthood...

as i work on my tree, and the tree of my first (ex) husband (for my kids), i've found instances where we actually share an ancestor. so yes, we ARE all related!
