What's for Dinner, Sat., Feb. 11, 2023 [View all]

Shrimp cocktail with lemon and horseradish-tomato sauce.

Stuffed squash: chopped onion, garlic, spinach, mozarella, roasted tomatoes, thyme, parsley, and topped with Parmesan.

Small dinner salad with beets and goat cheese.

Earl Grey tea and a little white chocolate.

------------

Last night we went to a Japanese restaurant, one I've tried many times before. One friend had shrimp and vegetable tempura like I did, the other had avocado-salmon-and some other seafood I can't remember.

PJ, I caught your question about what type of show. I'm writing a little summary of it up and will post it in the appropriate forum.
