Simple fare tonight. Tuna fish with minced onions, shredded carrots, mayonnaise with a dab of Dijon mustard and freshly ground black pepper served on toasted rye bread. I prefer canned tuna to be in water rather than oil.

Mesclun lettuce with tomato slices and quartered cucumber spears with a honey/mustard dressing.
