13. We've been without a dog for over a year

We are going to move soon and we will get another dog. The property management folks who took over the management of our rental house want thousands of dollars in fees and rent for us to have a dog. FLFC was grandfathered since he was already approved by the owner. Also an extra deposit which obviously will never be returned due to the 40 page lease we refused to sign. A new house might not be able to meet their move out inspection requirements!

The new dog will have its own habits and needs. I've never been around a dog as picky as Manny (FLFC), so the new pup may not be a source of material for this group.
