Only three Marriotts that I can think of offhand: Paris, Brussels and Frankfurt, though I don’t often stay at them elsewhere. Even those three usually offer smoked salmon. Mackerel maybe once a week, and I think it’s at random which day of the week that will be.

Full disclosure: I did bring a 100 gram bar of a Catalan specialty with me in case the evening trip home to Düsseldorf got delayed: white chocolate (xocolat blanc) with ground bits of dried passion fruit fused in it.
