I found a new kind of veggie burger at Aldi. They have two new kinds but I chose the quinoa crunch. I will have that on a big crusty roll with lettuce, tomato, provolone, and onion.

I also bought new heads of lettuce, so a big tossed salad with Caesar dressing. Avocado, Persian cucumber, tomato, red onion, and daikon radish.

Dessert: blueberries and Greek yogurt.
