Homemade using lump crab meat. It came in a can and was a bit expensive but there’s enough for several meals.

The cakes have sautéed celery & onion, dried mustard, bread crumbs, Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, eggs and a small mashed potato. They’ll be sautéed and served with lemon, tartar sauce and hot sauce. A green salad as accompaniment.

Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
