and I know that most folks in this area don't care for European or non American bread. I love the food in this area, esp. beans and cornbread, greens, homegrown tomatoes and all that stuff. BUT, this is a cultural wasteland--no movie theaters, no high-speed internet except poor-quality wi-fi and the municipal water supply contains PFAS chemicals which have even contaminated the ground water including my well. This area is the reddest part of the whole State of Georgia, probably the whole country. And they don't know what makes a good bagel. Killer Dave doesn't either.
