I'm making chicken satay with peanut sauce. I just put my chicken in the marinade for grilling later.

I love this dish with grilled green pepper and onion on the side, so that, too. Already cut up and ready to go!

Tossed green salad with Caesar dressing--tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and celery.

Pomegranate kombucha.

As of now, no dessert. That could change.

p.s. here's the recipe I'm using, in case anyone is curious.
