I'm mostly home alone, but not always.

Invented my own beef stew, when working and raising kids, bought cut up 'beef for stew,' and yes, most 'difficult' part was dredging in flour w garlic powder, salt, and THYME, and then sauteeing.

Added vegs, pots, peas and carrots, onions, canned stewed toms, red wine, and voila!!!
