There were fresh shrimp at the grocery store so we’re making shrimp tacos. Lettuce, tomatoes, red & yellow onions, green & yellow peppers along with grilled shrimp. Hard shells and medium salsa with a dollop of sour cream. Yellow rice and refried beans. Shots of tequila and Dos Equis beer.

We had something similar recently and decided to repeat it. At least it’s not McDonals!
