What's for Dinner, Wed., Oct. 16, 2024 [View all]

Brussels sprouts, cut thin on the mandoline. Toasted hazelnuts, garlic chives, all sauteed in butter.

Miso glazed salmon and shrimp.

My friend gave me this giant tomato. Beefsteak. It's the best tomato I've gotten all summer. I intend to chop it and have it with basil, balsamic dressing, and feta cheese.

Kombucha: cherry.

Dessert: cantalope, but prob'ly won't make it this far. Too much food!
