Made homemade whole wheat crust and sauce. Topped with Parmela Creamery brand plant based mozzarella, thinly sliced red onions, lots of very thinly sliced baby Bella mushrooms, crumbled vegan Italian sausage and sliced black olives. Finish with a good sprinkle of oregano before baking. It’s in the oven now. Mmmm can’t wait!
