7. Bumbling first attempt at crepes

they tasted fine but darned if I can figure out the right way to flip them. Finally tried a two skillet solution (cook bottom in one skillet, cover with second skillet, flip) which was awkward but it worked. Filled these with spinach and mushrooms in a cheese sauce. Side was marinated cherry tomatoes. Wine was a California Sauvignon Blanc. My son said, it was "more squeezing than juice" but I've always wanted to try making crepes and it all came out good. My mood would be even better had my alma mater won their homecoming football game, but my son's alma mater won theirs, also homecoming, comfortably, so there's that.
