5. My usual smoothie

Been having the same breakfast 6 days a week for more than 8 years and I never tire of it, so this will probably be the one and only time I post in this breakfast forum. 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk, 1T of ground flax seeds, 6 ozs of berries (different combinations daily, mostly fresh, today a mix of blueberries and blackberries), 1 scoop of chocolate plant based protein powder, large handful of chopped kale, 1t Ceylon cinnamon and a sprinkle of cloves). Blend in my Ninja blender with a few ice cubes. Refreshing and delicious.
