Is cheesecake Rangoon!
I had it with raspberry sauce and shaved chocolate. Was BOMB!

Another easy one I had this summer:

Strawberry’s hulled well and stuffed with cream cheese and then the cheese part dipped in crushed graham cracker. Yum!
