7. Baked Salmon

Mom came over for tea today and brought me a box of quinoa. I guess Dad ordered a couple of boxes and ended up not liking it. I’ve had good, cold quinoa salads before but have never cooked it, myself.

Going to try a lemon-honey-garlic and fresh basil vinaigrette (adjusted from an online recipe according to what I have) and dress it while hot. Doing the salmon plain, just salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil (or maybe a mayo coat, instead, haven’t decided), and my beloved frozen stir fry veggie mix with some sautéed onion and garlic.

Dad also sent a bag of Halloween candy, so a couple fun-sized Kit Kats and Reeses for dessert!
