Caramel rolls the good stuff,, [View all]

So in a pot, not a pan, melt butter (. I did pound ) and brown sugar, until it looked, the right color. My first memory was like 2 shades light than the Cleveland Browns uniforms.and then , cream. Not half and half, but cream. Until I saw Tan. And slow to lowest simmer. And let it sit but had to taste test with finger regularly, and then the last minutes, raise temp,, grate fresh cinnamon in and grate vanilla beans,, turn off and walk away
And then it's just back to the raised roll recipe, and right before baking,, drizzle the caramel sauce over the rolls.
And don't be scared if the caramel scorches a bit. That's the part LolBit, wanted first to her, it was caramel candy.

Thanks for listening,

Koz
