I had a pilot go out twice and a leaky propane tank.

I had gotten a leftover tank from the days when everything was in short supply, and the propane company (along with the fire department) cinched it down tight and delivered a new tank the next business day.

Yes, they have a 24-hour emergency line.

I'd shut off the stove entirely but the shutoff is way behind it and unreachable without pulling the entire unit.

Small electrics work fine for me anyway.
