I do try to include a link to recipes because I’m vegan and I figure a lot of people might not realize how easy that is to pull off (even meat analogues), but I’ve gotten very lazy in the last year (which included a horrible downgrade of a move), plus my son has kind of jumped in as he has slightly more ambition than I do (plus he’s a horrible omnivore—not how I raised him). Sometimes, all it takes for me is to see just an item in a list or a mention of something I haven’t had in a while to give me the spark I need to get off my arse and just throw something together.

There are lots of people posting recipes, though. It’s just that the daily menu things seem to predominate because that’s how folks like to touch base here, I think. There’s something reassuring about the reliability, IMHO. Gives you a clue how chaotic my life has been.
