1. Spicy fried cabbage, with bacon and noodles

I've seen this meal mentioned more that once lately.

I bought 2 lbs. of bacon the end of April. It was on sale and I promised myself I'd have at least one meal of fried cabbage. I usually make spicy fried cabbage with bacon, onion, whole small garlic cloves, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Today was the first day I added cooked egg noodles. Yum!

I had some fresh pineapple and frozen blueberries for dessert.
