What's for Dinner, Mon., June 15, 2026 [View all]

Spicy Cajun Tiger Prawns.

Roasted corn, done in the air fryer. I cut off the corn and mix it with butter on a sheet pan. I might sprinkle it with chopped fresh cilantro.

Kombucha: Blueberry.

Dessert: Blackberries in sauce (fresh lemon juice, agave) over white cake. Decaf coffee.
