~ Grilled chicken breasts marinated in homemade maple balsamic dressing

~ Salad with iceberg lettuce, roasted kale, tomatoes, red peppers, black olives, Parmesan cheese. Probably homemade ranch dressing.

~ Green beans sautéed in a small amount of olive oil with pepper and lemon added….somewhat blackened in an old cast iron skillet.

~ Lemon water

~ Just went crazy and sprang for a container of Tillamook chocolate/peanut butter ice cream. Just a small bowl though….to make it last.
