Wish I had a green thumb, like yours. I love the medicinal herb garden harvest shot. We lived in Israel years ago, 1995-1996, for my husband's job. The Israeli scientists were doing research on elderberry in particular to build up the immune system. No wonder your tea keeps you so healthy! Holistic medicine was very big in Israel, at least in the 1990s. Our landlady touted rosemary "infusions" for everything it seemed like. She had a huge shrub of Rosemary by the kitchen door where we lived and when she stopped by she would pick and eat the sprigs right from the bush as she chatted with us. Thank you for sharing.
