Got a cold frame with an automatic opener for my birthday. [View all]

The opener senses when it is getting too hot for the plant and cracks the roof open. Keeps the babies from getting fried. Started some seeds from my daughter's science project already and I am going to try to grow greens in it all winter long. I have an electric under mat that heats up, so I may start my tomato and peppers in it in the early spring. That way I won't have to deal with the lights and hardening off as much.
